SmartSheffield is an open community of people and organisations who are interested in the ‘smart city’ concept and its applications in Sheffield.
The group meets regularly, generally on the first Monday every other month (see the announcement bar at the top of the page for the next one, if there’s one scheduled).
The group is open for anyone to come along and find out what’s going on and contribute.
The main aims of the group are to bring a community of people together who share a common interest, and to discover, discuss and get involved in local projects.
Each meetup consists of a number of short talks (usually 4), followed by a ‘news update’ and then food, drinks and networking chat that usually lasts until 9pm or soon after.
